Thank you again for this wonderful stay in your villa! Everything was perfect, the pool was great (and very hot????), the resorts and restaurants were not very far (by car of course????), the setting was magical and the communication with you was excellent!!! I highly recommend it. ????
Tough review, as the points of criticism we have are not directly related to Emilia, but to the landlord she works for: Nice area that is well located in relation to visiting beautiful cities and sights. Moraira is a cozy town with restaurants and a lovely beach. Emilia is friendly and welcoming and comes with a smile on her face. She tries to listen and be solution-oriented. We have been generally satisfied with her treatment of us. Critique: We were promised an open pool the entire period before we rented, but it was closed last month (out of 2.5 months) which was reported to the owner of the housing association. This should have been told before the lease started. We were relocated for 1 week to another apartment due to a power failure - the process of getting it fixed could well have been more efficient. Conclusion: We can recommend renting the property and renting through Emilia - but remember to reconcile expectations. We might just visit the place again.
